Overview
The AGC Association has three Holiday Homes situated in Haven Holiday Parks and are available to book for one week, per member, per season. Located in two exclusive sites in Exmouth and Cumbria, the Holiday Homes are for all of our members benefit, Regular, Reserve, and Veteran, whether it be for a family getaway, respite and welfare, or for team cohesion events.
With dates running from the start of March and until the end of October, they are a perfect getaway at a highly subsidised price, and with the Haven Ownership Benefits cards, you will be able to take advantage of the many discounts that are on offer across the sites.
Three beautiful getaways in the UK, where you can create lasting memories with your family. Whether you choose Devon or The Lake District, you will not be disappointed. During your stay you and your guests will have access to 'Owners' privilege cards which offer discount of up to 50% across activities and food.
All the homes have 3 bedrooms and sleep up to 6 people. They are fully furnished with central heating and include a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, hot and cold running water, bathroom with WC and shower and a separate WC. The lodges also have an en suite shower in the main bedroom. All the homes have an outside decking space on two sides with patio doors leading out onto it.
For season 2024, the Trustees have revised the weekly cost of the Holiday Homes to allow greater benefit to our members at a greatly reduced cost.

Eligibility Criteria
These getaways are offered exclusively to:
- All serving members of the AGC Regular and Reserves, who are members of the AGC Assn One Day's Pay Scheme are eligible to book the Holiday Homes for one week per season at the stated rates. Further week’s may only be approved where allocation is available.
- Serving AGC Regular and Reserves who do not pay in to the AGC Assn One Day's Pay Scheme are eligible to book the Holiday Homes but will be required to pay an additional £100 to the weekly rental cost. If a none member signs up to the AGC Assn One Day's Pay Scheme at booking, they will receive all benefits as a member.
- All retired members of the AGC Regular and Reserves are eligible to book the Holiday Homes for one week per season but will be required to pay an additional £100 to the weekly rental cost.
- AGC Assn members and none members may be eligible to book the Holiday Homes to allow them and their families the opportunity to enjoy a respite/welfare break at zero cost. They must be recommended by their parent unit or relevant authority where there is a welfare related application. Respite/Welfare packages will only be allocated in out of high season period, not during the main holiday periods unless allocation allows.
Please note that no dogs are allowed in the accommodation.
How to Book
STEP 1
Use the Availability at a Glance guide to find an available date (all dates will be open at the start of the season). Bookings will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis. However, if a number of applicants request the same week, priority will be given to those that have not previously utilised the Holiday Homes in the previous season.
To ensure maximum opportunity, members can pick 3 dates to try and ensure the booking is successful. Once dates are found, complete the below request form.

*Please note that the Holiday Homes are very popular during the school holidays and as such realise that availability is limited.
STEP 2
Please check your emails for confirmation as to whether your booking has been successful or not.
STEP 3
If your booking has been successful you will be notified and then need to pay a 50 deposit.
Payment Reference will be the one allocated on notification of successful booking.
STEP 4
Fill out a pre-registration form which is required by Haven before your stay.
STEP 5
Approx six weeks before your stay, please pay the remaining amount using the same information at Step 3. If different terms are agreed, notification will be provided.
STEP 6
A welcome pack will be emailed to you with everything you need to know for your stay.
