Your inclusion on these databases is because you are a current member of The AGC or forming Corps Associations or wish to serve as an officer within the AGC Corps Association.

Our Legal basis for processing your personal data. The Data Protection Act 2018 states that, as a Charitable Organisation, The AGC may process personal data as necessary for the effective performance of providing information, processing applications, or administering memberships or affiliations.

The AGC does not share your data with any third parties outside of the organisation.

Upon receiving a request to cancel membership, notification of death, or other circumstances that affect your membership of the AGC, all data will be destroyed securely in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.
